Beverly G. Wheelihan
Owner of Wheelihan Law, PLLC. More than 20 years in the legal field, including about 12 years as a practicing attorney.
I have over 20 years of experience in the legal field, including the past 12 years as a practicing attorney. I have led and supported businesses, including a multi-million-dollar Southeast Michigan IT staffing and professional services company, and later served the community in a supervisory role with a leading Michigan legal aid firm.
I was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2006 and graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. From the Capac office I represent individual clients in litigation to protect their rights and interests, including probate, debt defense, student loan law, and family law matters in the Thumb and surrounding counties.
Areas of practice include student loan law, family law, estate planning, probate, and general civil matters. If your legal problem is in another area, please still contact me. I may be able to help, or I can point you toward someone who can.
